Returns Policy

At iremia, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below for more details.

We work hard to ensure that you receive your order exactly as expected. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we require a full unboxing and unwrapping video as evidence. This video must be sent to us at hello.iremia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Upon receiving and verifying the video, we will initiate the return process. Please allow us up to 7 days to dispatch a replacement product once we have received and inspected the defective item. Confirmation of the replacement will be communicated via email.

All of our products are carefully made, packed, and handled with great attention to detail. However, please note that, as paper goods, they are only considered damaged if they are defective, not of satisfactory quality, or unfit for their intended purpose. Items that are creased, folded, or damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are not considered defective.

Refunds Policy 

  • Currently, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. 
  • We do not provide refunds on any purchases, including sale items or gift cards. 

Order Cancellations

Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your cart and details before completing the purchase.  

Sale Items and Gift Cards

  • Items purchased during a sale or with promotional discounts are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
